Z1 Motorsports is now proud to offer a polished 304 Stainless Steel intake hardpipe kit in addition to the existing kit featuring chrome plated aluminum pipes. The stainless steel pipes included with this kit are heavier but stronger to accommodate those running high boost, who need to secure the couplers very tight with T-bolt clamps without the danger of deforming and crushing the pipes. Also for those who prefer the look of Stainless Steel and the ability to polish out scratches and imperfections.
We include thick 5-ply silicone couplers to provide a durable connection with deep colors. Pipes are 304 Polished Stainless Steel with bead rolled ends.
Truly one of the best cosmetic engine bay enhancements in combination with a chromed intake plenum! This kit consists of :
- (4) Polished 304 Stainless Steel mandrel bent pipes
- (8) Silicone couplers (Black, Red, or Blue)
- High quality stainless steel hose clamps
Silicone couplers available in red, blue, or black. Please choose which color you prefer in the options box below.
Please remember to use a lubricant when installing the couplers on the pipes & installing the hardpipe kit. A silicone spray is best which is very slippery and doesn't make a mess like grease. Trying to do it without this will result in frustration and likely damage the couplers.
Add T-Bolt clamps for $50 as an option below. These clamps use a "T" bolt design for significantly increased clamping pressure as well as reliability and ease of use. They are made from 304 Stainless Steel and cadmium plated stud - will not rust.
